The staff at the CMC Wellness Complex in Crossville and Fairfield Glade encourage you to start your fitness program now and enjoy a happier, healthier holiday season. Both locations are offering a half priced enrollment fee special through December 31, 2016.

The CMC Wellness Complexes are staffed by certified personal trainers and instructors, who offer comprehensive group exercise classes such as aerobics, Pilates, spin, yoga, and Zumba, as well as individual training programs. Both facilities feature an indoor walking track and have recently added Studio Cycling classes. The Crossville location provides childcare service, and the Fairfield Glade location has an indoor pool. Monthly memberships and discounted military, health industry, and senior rates are available.

According to Sally Nash, CMC Wellness aerobics coordinator, the licensed trainers and instructors can assist members with their fitness goals. “A lot of people think you have to hurt yourself to get fit,” said Nash, “but our team of professional instructors can help anyone achieve their fitness goals safely, no matter what their age or fitness level is. We offer well-rounded classes and opportunities for people of all ages.”

To help you achieve your fitness goals, the Wellness Complexes have expanded their certified staff and welcome the following trainers:
