JAMES WYATT NAMED CARE AMBASSADOR FOR FEBRUARY, 2010

Cumberland Medical Center is pleased to announce that James Wyatt, Floor Tech, Environmental Services, has been chosen as CMC’s CARE Ambassador for February, 2010. James has been an employee of CMC since May 13, 2002.

Cumberland Medical Center is proud of each member of its staff and expects a high standard of performance at all times. The CARE Ambassador of the Month program is designed to spotlight the “exceptional” employee – one who has surpassed the normal standard of excellence by a demonstration of skills or an act above and beyond expectations.

Employees may be nominated by co-workers, patients, visitors, or physicians. Each nomination is carefully evaluated by a committee of hospital employees, and one employee is chosen each month if worthy of the award. Honorable mention certificates are also awarded to those who are nominated. Those nominated in February were: Ben Gibson, Physical Therapy Assistant.

CARE represents the following principles: COURTESY, ATTITUDE, RESPECT, and EXCELLENCE.

Congratulations to James Wyatt, Custodian Floor Tech, Environmental Services on his selection as the CARE Ambassador of the Month for February, 2010.
