Rehabilitation Alumni 2008 Golf Tournament

Mark your calendar now for the 10th annual Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation Alumni Golf Tournament. We hope many of you will join us for a fun-filled day and support our efforts in the fight against heart disease.

The Annual C.P.R Alumni Golf tournament is set for May 13, 2008 at Deer Creek Golf Club with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start four-man scramble. We invite everyone to participate in this wonderful event. All proceeds go the CPR Scholarship Fund.  The scholarship provides financial assistance for those individuals who may not be able to afford rehabilitation after a cardiac/pulmonary event.  The alumni feel strongly that rehabilitation is an important part of recovery and improves your quality of life.
