New THA Web Site Lists Available Jobs for Healthcare Professionals

To assist healthcare professionals in their search for career opportunities at Cumberland Medical Center and other Tennessee hospitals, the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) has launched an online service called TNHealthJobs.Net.

Available at www.tnhealthjobs.net, this free service for job seekers allows individuals to search available job listings at Tennessee hospitals, post their resume and receive email alerts on future career opportunities based on their preferences.

Designed exclusively to serve THA member hospitals and individuals seeking jobs in the healthcare field, this web site is used to advertise current job openings at institutions across the state. Launched July 1st, over 60 THA members have already posted hundreds of job listings for positions ranging from healthcare administration to nursing and other allied health positions.

“This web site is an easy and convenient one-stop solution for both hospitals and healthcare professionals,” explained Craig A. Becker, THA president.

“It is a great recruitment tool for hospitals seeking to fill vacant positions and an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals who are seeking to begin or continue their careers in Tennessee.”

This program was developed to assist Cumberland Medical Center and other Tennessee hospitals in addressing the healthcare workforce shortage. It is a collaborative effort between THA’s Center for Health Workforce Development (CHWD) and THA Solutions Group (THASG).
