Jinger Loggins Promoted To Vice President At CMC
Jim McMackin, President/CEO at Cumberland Medical Center, is pleased
to announce that Jinger Loggins, RN, BSN, MBA was promoted to vice
president of quality and patient safety on Monday, July 24th, 2006.
Mrs. Loggins has been an employee of Cumberland Medical Center
since January, 1996. She was the Case Manager of the Subacute
Care Unit for two years before becoming the Director of the Care
Maps/Case Management Department in 1998. In 2000, she became
the Director of Quality Services for Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs.
Loggins has prepared the entire organization for accreditation
with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations;
implemented performance improvement plans and programs for the
facility; and has provided staff and physician education.
Jinger
Loggins is a graduate of Berea College in Berea, Kentucky where
she received her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She
recently received her master’s degree in business administration
/ healthcare management from the American InterContinental University’s
School of Business. Additionally, Mrs. Loggins is a Certified Professional
in Healthcare Quality.
She is a native of Cumberland County. Her parents are Kenneth
and Doris Parsons. She is married to William C. Loggins,
Jr. They have two children: Will, 18, who will be a
freshman at Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN, this fall; and
Lacy, 16, a junior at Stone Memorial High School. Mrs. Loggins
is currently serving as the President of the Crossville Breakfast
Rotary Club.

attention about these issues highlights the importance of identifying
these problems and implementing effective solutions. That
will be my challenge, and I look forward to working toward those
objectives,” said Jinger Loggins, Vice President of Quality
and Patient Safety.
