CANCER CENTER RESOURCE VOLUNTEERS ARE READY TO HELP!
The CMC Cancer Center Resource Library serves as a resource center
for those diagnosed with cancer and also for those who would like
to do research on cancer topics and issues. Located in the CMC Regional
Cancer Center, it is open and staffed with dedicated volunteers
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In the resource library, visitors will find a variety of books,
pamphlets, and videotapes related to various types of cancer, cancer
care, treatment options, side effects, and nutrition. A computer
with internet access is available for visitors to do in-depth searches
and research. A wig closet is also available for cancer patients,
and Cancer Center volunteers are available to lend assistance when
needed.
