MAMMOGRAPHY SERVICES
Cumberland Medical Center at Fairfield Glade offers mammography services for screening mammograms. This service was designed to better serve the population in the northern part of the county and to also help patients receive their screening mammogram in a timely manner.

Films are made and checked by the technologists on site. After the last screening of the day, all films are taken to Cumberland Medical Center for interpretation by one of five Board Certified Radiologists. If additional views are needed, the patient will be contacted and instructed to come to the Medical Imaging Department at CMC.

Our radiologists are Dr. Richard Bilbrey, Dr. Barry Brown, Dr. Keith Kimbrell, Dr. James Stallworth, and Dr. Bill Thompson. Technologists performing the mammogram procedures for our patients are all certified in mammography and include: Carla Cox, Ann Lewis, Jan White, and Misty Smith. This site is accredited by the American College of Radiology and certified by the FDA as are the mammography services provided at the hospital.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact the Medical Imaging Department at Cumberland Medical Center at (931) 459-7103 or (931) 459-7257.

The Mammography services at Fairfield Glade will make it easier for women to have that all important mammogram. Remember “The Best Protection Is Early Detection.”
